This ensures backup and community functionality. Private lists created while signed out remain local and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
The Application itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information directly. The Application offers an optional account system via Google Sign-In for community features and cloud synchronization. All core study features remain accessible offline without an account.

You can remove a shared list at any time by toggling off the sharing feature, which will delete the list and its content from the cloud servers. Other users who have downloaded your list to their local device will retain their local copy.
The Application offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to enhanced features. All payment transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. The Application uses RevenueCat to manage subscription states and validate purchase receipts. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or billing information.
The Application is designed to work primarily offline. An internet connection is required for certain optional features including multimedia content (GIFs via Klipy), community list browsing and sharing, Google Sign-In, and the operation of third-party services like Firebase and AdMob. All core study features function without an internet connection.
No. The Application does not collect or access any precise location data from your device. Note that third-party advertising SDKs (such as AdMob) may collect approximate location or device information for ad targeting purposes; you can manage these preferences through your device settings.
No. The Application does not use any artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.
The Application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at flashbackapp.official@gmail.com.
Offline Data: For users who do not use the Google Sign-In feature, all data is stored strictly on the device. Uninstalling the Application will permanently delete all locally stored data, and the Service Provider will have no way to recover it.
Cloud Data: For users who sign in with a Google account, study lists, community-shared lists, and progress data are stored on secure Firebase servers. This data is retained as long as your account is active to provide backup and community functionality.
Third-Party Data: Data collected by third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob) is subject to their respective retention policies.
You can delete your account at any time through the Application's Settings screen. Deleting your account will permanently remove:

You can stop all data usage by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device. You can delete your cloud data by deleting your account through the Settings screen. For data collected by third-party services (Ads/Analytics), you may opt-out through the device settings (e.g., resetting advertising ID) or by following the instructions provided by those services.
Offline data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Synced data is transmitted via encrypted connections to Google Firebase servers. The Service Provider takes all reasonable measures to ensure the integrity and security of the Application and its data.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
