These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlashBack application ("Application") developed by FlashBack Devs ("Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
FlashBack is a spaced repetition flashcard application designed for language learning. The Application provides both free and premium features. Core study features are available offline without an account. Optional features such as community sharing, cloud synchronization, and premium subscriptions require a Google account and/or internet connection.
Account creation is optional and facilitated through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
The Application offers optional premium subscriptions ("FlashBack Premium") that provide access to enhanced features including ad-free experience, cross-device synchronization, and unlimited card creation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the features included in free and premium tiers with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Application, including custom flashcard lists and study materials. By sharing a list with the community, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content to other users of the Application. You may revoke this license at any time by removing the shared list.
You agree not to share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Community features allow users to browse, download, and share flashcard lists. Downloaded lists are stored locally on the recipient's device. If you remove a shared list, it will be deleted from cloud servers, but copies already downloaded by other users will remain on their devices.
The Application, including its design, code, algorithms, pre-loaded content, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Application.

The Application integrates with third-party services including Google Play Services, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Klipy GIF Service, Cloudflare, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Application and, if applicable, deleting your account.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
